Successfully strive for the extension of 6 months retrospective period for enhanced tax deductions in respect of R & D expenditures commissioned by Enterprises’ authorized research centers

Grateful for the Administration’s acceptance of my proposal at the meeting of the Bills Committee on Inland Revenue (Amendment) (No. 3) Bill 2018 on 12 June 2018, where Enterprises can enjoy super tax deduction for 6 months retrospective period in respect of R & D expenditures commissioned by their authorized research centers
